I lead Division Street Ventures with a simple goal: partner with founders, boards, and investors to unlock enterprise value, lead transformation, and deliver real outcomes. Our work spans private equity, family offices, and growth-stage companies in the $10M–$100M range, often stepping in when the stakes are high, the team needs direction, or the next chapter is being written.

My background includes leadership roles across global brands and complex environments. I’ve worked with Fortune 1000 companies like Nike, Converse, Mars, Fanatics, and Hankook Tire, and helped scale middle-market and high-growth firms such as ThirdHome, EdgeNet, StayWell, and Provata. I’ve led operational turnarounds, redesigned org structures, and helped prepare companies for strategic exits, contributing to successful transactions including EdgeNet (to Syndigo), Provata (into StayWell), and StayWell (to WebMD).

At DSV, I’ve advised family offices and capital partners on portfolio performance and executive alignment, including work with Pasha Group, Enclave Capital, Marlin Equity, and Vestar Private Equity.

Earlier in my career, I served as a U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer with multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. That mission-driven mindset, clarity, execution, and resilience continue to guide how I operate. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and completed my postgraduate studies at the Naval War College and UCLA Anderson's Executive Management Program. We are based in New York, where I invest in people, brands, and ideas built for the long game.
